What we collect when you request a free audit or review
When you complete one of our audit or website-review forms, we collect only what you enter:
- Your name, email address and WhatsApp/phone number
- Your business name, area and website
- Your answers to the qualifying questions (business type, how you currently win customers, review count, your growth goal)
- The page you submitted from
Purpose: to produce and deliver the free audit you asked for, and to follow up about it. Legal basis: your consent, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
What we collect automatically
Analytics and advertising technologies only run after you consent via our cookie banner. Until then, they are held in a denied state (Google Consent Mode v2). Necessary technical data such as your IP address is processed by our hosting provider to deliver the page and keep it secure.

Some of these providers are based outside Indonesia and the EU, which means your data may be transferred internationally. Where required, such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Audit enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about the enquiry, and afterwards only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
We do not sell your data
Your details are used to produce and deliver your audit and to follow up with you. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to its use. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time — this does not affect processing that already took place. You can also change your cookie choices at any time via the cookie settings on the site.
