Yes, you are welcome to place an order. Any missing information can be submitted once available and will be integrated into the respective graphics. This allows you to order an affordable package (i.e. logo, business card, stationery), even if you do not yet have the final, confirmed information.
Any ideas for your desired design are queried during the kickoff brief. You have the opportunity to describe your wishes as clearly as you can. You can also upload your own files (e.g. your own drawing, initial logo design, sample logos, etc.). Alternatively, you can always send us an e-mail or contact us by phone.

This depends on the particular package. The files of the Logo (Web) package are limited for use on websites as well as in Office products. For all other logo packages, you will receive the logo in excellent quality in various vector and raster formats. The logo is therefore universally applicable (for example website, professional printing, etc.).
You will receive your completed logo in the raster formats jpg, png and psd as well as in the high-resolution vector formats ai, eps, pdf and possibly as cdr. Your logo is therefore universally usable (eg on your website, for professional printing, etc.). On request, many other formats are possible for free.
In order to make the contact with us uncomplicated, you receive all logo drafts to the E-Mail address specified by you. Afterwards you can then communicate your comments by e-mail, by customer chat or by phone. All revisions will also be sent to you by e-mail.
